This drawbridge-style window garden, named Volet Végétal, was created by Paris-based design and architecture firm BarreauCharbonnet is the perfect solution for people who are living in apartments with no garden or balcony.
The structure fixes neatly onto the outside of the window and can either be used in the horizontal position to enlarge a green view over the city or in the vertical to create a shutter that filters light and air and allows for ease of garden upkeep.
